Emery Oleochemicals' latest external lubricant solution, LOXIOL® G 24, is designed for the extrusion of rigid PVC pipes and profiles as well as injection moulding in PVC processing. Using 100% renewable resources too, it is an ideal replacement for those accustomed to or seeking alternatives for synthetic and other paraffin waxes.
Our customers will appreciate the product's low volatility and stability over a wide temperature range. Additionally, when combined with our existing LOXIOL® G 59, it becomes a high performance and cost-efficient internal/external lubricant system for PVC types.

LOXIOL® Quickclean 350 , a new high performance and very effective, solution is proving to be a sought after cleaning compound that facilitates rapid material or colour change in both extrusion and injection moulding processes.
Suitable for all common thermoplastics, this ready-to-use AND user friendly solution feeds directly into running process for fast and economical cleaning performance. Capable of cleaning even reverse-tapers and under-cuts, customers will most certainly appreciate the low disposal costs as material may even be re-used.
