Renaka Ramachandran

Chairman of Executive Committee and Risk and Audit Committee, Member of the Board of Directors

Renaka joined Sime Darby Plantation Sdn Bhd in April 2011 as the Chief Financial Officer of Finance Division. Prior to joining Sime Darby, she was an Executive Director of PricewaterhouseCoopers Malaysia.

 

Her current role now includes the financial oversight of companies within the Plantation Division of Sime Darby Berhad.

 

Renaka has had over 18 years of experience in providing audit and business advisory services to clients, both local and public listed companies and multinationals,  in  various  industries  in  her  previous role in PricewaterhouseCoopers.

 

She is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and member of the Malaysian Accounting Standards Board Working Group on ED 50 Biological Assets (IAS 41).

 

 

Vanchai Tadadoltip

Member of the Board Directors, Executive Committee and Risk and Audit Committee

Vanchai is currently the Executive Vice President Green Chemicals Business Unit and High-Volume Specialties Business Unit at PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited.

 

His extensive industry background comes from his diverse career in the petrochemical arena, having held various senior positions as such Refinery Operation Manager at Star Petroleum Refining Company Limited; Manager, Major Projects at Alliance Refining Company Limited; Executive Vice President-Supply Planning & Business Development at PTT Aromatics and Refining Public Company Limited and Director, PTT Phenol Company Limited, amongst others.  

  

 

Mustamir Mohamad

 

Member of the Board Directors, Executive Committee and Risk and Audit Committee

Mustamir joined Sime Darby Group in 2005 as Manager, Value Management in Group Strategy. After the merger in 2007, Mustamir joined Sime Darby Plantation Sdn Bhd as Head of the EVP Office and he is currently the Head, Strategy and Business Development.
 
He started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers, London, in 1995 managing audit clients in the Oil & Gas sector. In 2002, he joined the Central Bank as Manager in the Investment Operations and Financial Markets Department.

 

A degree holder in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science, Mustamir is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

 

 

Kongkrapan Intarajang, Ph.D. 

Group Chief Executive Officer Emery Oleochemicals, Member of the Board of Directors, Executive Committee and Risk and Audit Committee

Dr. Kongkrapan has more than 15 years of experience in the global petrochemical and chemical arenas.  His areas of expertise include overseeing corporate strategy, business development, major project development, international M&A, R&D, and corporate finance & investor relations divisions. 

 

He is currently the Group CEO, a member of the Board of Directors, Executive Committee and Risk and Audit Committee of Emery Oleochemicals Group; one of the world's leading and largest natural-based chemical companies with operations in Asia, Europe, and Americas.  He has been working with Thailand’s PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited throughout his career, holding various senior positions including Senior Vice President overseeing Performance Products Business Unit and Corporate Business Development, Chairman of the board for a number of PTT Global Chemical's subsidiaries (TOC Glycol and Thai Ethanolamines), President and board member of Thai Oleochemicals, and board member of PTT Chemical International Pte Ltd.

 

Dr. Kongkrapan has a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Chulalongkorn University and Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Houston, Texas.

 

 

Kornkamol Korpaisarn
Alternate Director and Member of Executive Committee and Risk and Audit Committee

Kornkamol is a Vice President of PTT Chemical International Private Limited, an international investment arm of PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited.  With more than 15 years of experiences in managing global businesses, her areas of expertise include strategic planning and development, international M&A, corporate restructuring as well as investment portfolio management.  In her current role with PTT Chemical International, she is responsible for planning and managing international investment portfolio.

 

Prior joining PTT Chemical International, Kornkamol had worked as an investment banker and a strategic consultant for clients mainly in Energy and State-owned Enterprise sectors for various leading organizations. In addition, she also served as the Head of Business Planning and Analysis for Novartis International AG, a multinational pharmaceutical company, based in
San Francisco, United States.

 

Kornkamol holds an MBA degree from University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Thammasat University, Thailand.
