PTT Chemical International Pte Ltd is a wholly-owned subsidiary and the international investment arm of PTT Global Chemical PLC.  PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited was founded on 19th October 2011 through the amalgamation of PTT Chemical Public Company Limited and PTT Aromatics and Refining Public Company Limited to be the chemical flagship of PTT Group.
 
The integration results in achieving a total Olefins and Aromatics production capacity of 8.2 million tons per year and petroleum production capacity of 280,000 barrels per day, making it Thailand’s largest and Asia’s leading integrated petrochemical and refining company.



Sime Darby Plantation is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sime Darby Berhad. It is the world's largest plantation company managing about 874,000 hectares of landbank in Malaysia, Indonesia and Liberia.
 
Sime Darby Plantation is also the No.1 palm oil originator, accounting for about 6% of global palm oil plantation production. Downstream business activities include edible oil refining, production of oils and fats products, oleochemicals and biodiesel.
